Doctor Who Audio Review: “beyond the end of the adventure”

Well, here’s a strange, rather it is not clear to You. Back many years ago, there was a stage play called “The Ultimate Adventure”, the first Jon Pertwee and starting later Colin Baker played the doctor with a pair of friends who called Jason and crystal. They went on a rather ultimate adventure, battle of the Daleks and Cybermen and generally have a good time of things. Big Finish audio adaptation, to be an adventure back in 2008 and now we have this, a sequel to it.

So, basically, it is a sequel to the audio play was an adaptation of a stage play that was possible. 1% of the fans really looking. With me so far?

The Chronicle is important for individual friends contains not one, not two, but three members of the cast, in the form of Noel Sullivan as Jason, Claire Huckle crystals and Colin Baker as the doctor.

The story focuses on the TARDIS crew only after the end of “The Ultimate Adventure”, in which they return to Galactica Bar for funeral of owners who have been killed by the daleks. There they met a mercenary named Karl, and end up on the run with him, looking for some great treasure at a place called Ultima Thule.

TARDIS soon finds himself stranded in a strange alternative dimension, and the doctor comes face to any of the vampires, some throwing spear rutan silver robot, all while trying to puzzle out exactly what happened to this place and where, and what, the legendary treasure.
